This PR enhances namespace assignment and sequence inference in SBOL3 objects, addressing issue #156. It adds warnings when defaulting to a scheme/netloc for missing namespaces, ensures better handling of empty namespace lists, and improves sequence inference by logging warnings for multiple sequences and allowing user-specified choices. Performance is optimized by reducing redundant iterations, and additional fixes improve sequence handling and debugging. Let me know if further improvements are needed!
